First, we’ll gather your logo, information, and images - either from your social media channels or anything you’d like to send us. Using our expertise in branding and design, we’ll create your website tailored to your business. Your site will always include a homepage and a contact page, with the third page customised to suit your needs - whether that’s services, pricing, about, or something else.

Throughout your website, we’ll place multiple clear calls to action, making it easy for potential clients to get in touch with you quickly via text, phone, or email.

Once the design is ready, we’ll send you a walkthrough video so you can see everything in action. Afterward, we’ll review your feedback together and make any changes or additions you’d like.

Once you’re completely happy with your website, we’ll transfer full ownership to you. We’ll remain as contributors on your account, so any minor updates or tweaks you need in the future can be made free of charge.

First, you’ll need to purchase a domain, which typically costs around £10-£20 per year depending on chosen domain. You’ll also need a hosting plan through Squarespace. Once ownership is transferred to you, we’ll continue to handle minor updates - like swapping images or updating phone numbers - free of charge. However, any larger changes or major updates may incur a small fee.

We choose Squarespace because it’s incredibly user-friendly. We know you’re busy running your business and may not always have the time or desire to update your website - but Squarespace makes it simple to make changes yourself, without needing a web developer.

Unlike some designers who rely on your limited web knowledge to keep you coming back for every small update, we want to empower you to take full control of your website whenever you want.

Our standard package includes a 3-page website for £300. If you require additional pages, we can easily accommodate that for an extra fee. Just let us know your specific needs, and we’ll provide you with a tailored quote.

Please note that our 3-page website package does not include a shop page. Even for a small number of products, setting up an online store requires extra work - such as ensuring compliance with Google’s policies, creating shipping and returns pages, setting up shipping profiles, customising checkouts and invoices, and designing each individual product page.

While we ensure we have completed the onsite optimisation for search engines from the start, it’s important to understand that results won’t happen overnight. Gaining visibility in search results takes time and consistent effort on your part too.

To help your website perform well, we recommend linking to it from all your social media channels and setting up a Google Business Profile. Keeping that profile active and up to date can significantly improve your chances of appearing in local search results. We can do this for you for an additional £70. We also offer a comprehensive business audit for just £100, providing tailored advice to boost your visibility and attract more clients.
